By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below.
1. General
- I reserve the right to decline any request.
- First Come, First Served: Slots are secured only after payment.

- All prices are in USD.
- Payment is required upfront (100%) before I start.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Accepted payment method: Wise, Paypal3. Process & Revisions
- I will provide a sketch for approval before finalizing.
- Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch and final stage.
- Major changes after approval may incur additional fees.4. Turnaround Time
- Estimated completion time: [~5–10 days] depending on complexity.
- Delays (if any) will be communicated.5. Usage Rights
Personal Use
- Artwork is for personal use only (e.g. wallpaper, profile picture, personal printing).
- Not allowed for resale, distribution, or any commercial purposes.Commercial Use
- Commercial use refers to using the artwork to generate profit, including but not limited to: Merchandise (e.g. pins, stickers, prints, apparel), online or physical sales, promotional materials for a business/brand
- The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for agreed commercial purposes.
- Usage is limited to the agreed design, product type, and production scope discussed prior to the commission.
- The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or licensed to third parties without permission.
- Any usage outside of the agreed scope must be discussed and approved.6. Copyright & Ownership
- I retain full rights to the artwork.
- I may post the artwork on my social media/portfolio. If you

Credit is appreciated when posting (e.g. tag my account).8. Cancellation & Refunds
- No refunds after work has started.
- If I am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.9. Prohibited Use
Artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or illegal content.
